Privacy Policy – Lanterna Collection

Who we are

This policy covers the Lanterna Collection app. The data controller is Cosmic Brokkoli UAB, J. Savickio g. 4-7, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania. Company code LT-307504828. Email: info@cosmicbrokkoli.com.

What the app does

Lanterna Collection is used to manage hotel rooms. From the phone or tablet, it sends commands to Shelly devices on the network you choose: lights, switches, and the other room controls those devices operate.

Cosmic Brokkoli does not run a cloud service for this app. We do not receive the commands, the room names, or the device addresses.

Data we collect

We do not collect personal data. In particular, the app does not:

• ask you to create an account or sign in
• send usage, diagnostics, or crash reports to us
• show advertising or use tracking
• upload room configuration to our servers
• sell or share personal data, because we do not have it

What stays on the device

Room names and Shelly addresses that you enter stay on the phone or tablet running the app. Control commands go from that device to the Shelly devices on the hotel network. That traffic does not pass through Cosmic Brokkoli.

Shelly, the hotel network, and the phone

Shelly devices are made by their manufacturer. If a device is also connected to Shelly’s own cloud, that service is separate from Lanterna Collection and follows Shelly’s terms.

The hotel network and the operating system of the phone or tablet may process connection data under their own rules. That processing is not done by this app.

Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is no profile to access, correct, or delete on our side. If you think we do hold data, write to info@cosmicbrokkoli.com and we will check.

You can also contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (VDAI).

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The app will keep working the same way: room controls on your network, and no data collected by us.
